Pashley Phonic Hub
Pashley Down School has been recognised as a centre for excellence in the teaching of Phonics. Emma Lewis, Phonics Leader and Deputy Head teacher, launched the Pashley Phonics Hub.
The Phonics Hub provides training, support and consultancy to schools across East Sussex.
The Phonics Hub committee who oversee the programme and developments are:
- Andy Best, Headteacher
- Emma Lewis, Hub manager, Deputy Headteacher
Central training is run from Pashley Down training room, The Hive. The Hub run affordable high quality training from the Hive.

Consultancy and in school support can be arranged including Twilight and INSET training.
