Women’s History Month

Mr Davies has been teaching the children about Women’s History Month with an assembly all about Wangari Maathai – a great link to our planting week and a wonderful way to inspire children that with passion, education and determination they can change the world. If you want to explore more about inspirational women in history have a look at a wonderful book called ‘Little leaders – Visionary Women Around the World’ by Vashti Harrison. Who knows what the children of our future could be inspired to do.
